After studying architecture in 1988 at the University of Krasnoyarsk, Siberia, she gained professional experience in renowned offices for building construction, interior design and retail design.

Until 2004 she worked as an architect in various offices for building construction. From 2004 to 2009, she worked as a senior designer at Schwitzke & Partner GmbH in Düsseldorf. From 2009 to 2011, she was Head of Architecture and Design at the Duisburg planning office Maßwerk GmbH. In 2011, she founded her own planning office, Kinzel Architecture, followed by the founding of Kinzel Project GmbH in 2016.

Today, she uses her extensive industry experience to realize retail and store concepts for renowned clients throughout Europe. Her strengths include a keen eye for detail without losing focus on the big picture.
