When developing the design concept, our goal was to clearly convey this manufacturing spirit and to make the market an unmistakable part of the shopping center. The high quality of the food should be visible to the customer. The customer should see where their goods come from and how they are prepared. For this reason, all production and preparation areas were designed to be open and visible to the customer.

With this design, the market offers him maximum transparency and thus strengthens his trust in the high quality and freshness of the food as well as the competence of the staff. For example, in the patisserie area, insight into the production of baked goods is provided. Here we use large-format images with a depth effect in combination with natural materials such as stone, wood and metal on the walls, ceilings and counters to support the manufactured character. The customer is thus conveyed the naturalness and freshness of the goods while at the same time being of the highest quality.
